2. Description of Services

Tunitemusic offers digital promotional services for artists, including (but not limited to) writing and publishing music reviews, playlist consideration, social media promotion, and radio features. All services are provided digitally; there is no physical shipping involved.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable fees.
VAT will be added at checkout for customers from EU countries in accordance with EU tax regulations.

5. Delivery Time

The service will be provided within 7 working days from the moment the order is confirmed and payment is received.
If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this deadline, you will be notified by email using the contact information provided at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, for a full refund, no questions asked.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@tunitemusic.com within the 24-hour period.

7. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available only if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of the purchase.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund, especially if the service has already been partially or fully delivered.
