El Poder de la Infancia—The Power of Childhood—is an artistic collective that fuses the worlds of music and visual art in a way that defies convention. Formed in 2018 in Paraná, Argentina, the group is made up of six core members: Adriel Radowitzky, Facundo Altamirano Kuttel, Federico Grassi, Guido Marengo, Ignacio Bogado, and Sebastián Matias Britos. Each member contributes a wide array of musical influences, from progressive rock, jazz, and blues to Latin American genres like cumbia, chacarera, and bossa nova. This blend of styles gives the ensemble its distinctive sound, one that is as eclectic as it is unified by its mission to explore the emotional and imaginative landscapes of childhood.

The group's origins can be traced back to a film school where its members first met. Their mutual passion for combining music and visual storytelling quickly led them to perform in local pubs and cultural centers, where they captivated audiences by mixing original songs with live video projections. Their first major release, El Poder de la Infancia - Live Session (2019), brought them critical attention. The live recording featured four tracks that ranged from post-rock to modern jazz, culminating in a funk-pop collaboration with singer Agos Firpo. This project showcased the group’s genre-blending approach and set the stage for their future endeavors.

Their next release, the EP Lo que es || Lo que no (2023), took their exploration further. Recorded live at the 3 de Febrero Theatre, it included collaborations with flutist Candela Terraza and singer Camila Borgetto. The result was a set of four songs that defied genre categorization, blending elements of Argentine folklore, jazz, and electronica into a deeply atmospheric and evocative performance.

In 2024, the ensemble released its first full-length LP, El Poder de la Infancia. This album represents the culmination of years of collaboration and experimentation. Through its evocative soundscapes and intricate compositions, the LP taps into the essence of childhood wonder, transporting listeners to a place of nostalgia, exploration, and emotional depth. Full of dramatic solos, textured arrangements, and seamless genre-crossing, the album showcases the group’s evolution into a mature and innovative artistic force.

Looking forward, El Poder de la Infancia remains committed to pushing the limits of audiovisual expression. With a creative vision that’s both bold and rooted in the playful curiosity of childhood, the ensemble is constantly embarking on new journeys to challenge themselves and their audience. The future holds endless possibilities for this unique collective, as they continue to explore the unknown with boundless imagination.
