Thank you for submitting your music to Tunitemusic Radio Station! Please complete this form to grant us permission to broadcast your music.

Agreement Terms

By submitting this form, I, the undersigned, confirm that:

  1. I am the legal owner or authorized representative of the submitted music tracks listed above.

  2. I grant Tunitemusic Radio Station the non-exclusive right to broadcast, stream, and publicly perform these tracks on its platforms, including terrestrial radio and online streaming, for a duration of chosen by Tunitemusic, starting from the date of submission.

  3. I retain full ownership and copyright of my music, and this agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to Tunitemusic Radio Station.

  4. My music does not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks).

  5. I agree to indemnify Tunitemusic Radio Station from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the broadcasting of my music.

  6. This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia.

Once submitted, your musical work will be reviewed to ensure it aligns with the style and standards of Tunitemusic Radio Station. If your submission meets our criteria, we will proceed with airing it.

A decision regarding your submission will be made within 7 working days, and you will be notified via the email address you provided in the form.
